热塑性聚氨酯弹性体水解稳定性的研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究了环氧树脂(E51)、聚碳化二亚胺(PCD)对聚酯型热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)耐水解性能的影响。结果表明,加入E51,降低了TPU的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、熔体质量流动速率以及在25℃空气或80℃水中的吸水率,但提高了TPU在25℃空气或80℃水中的力学性能保持率;适量地加入PCD(1%~4%),可显著提高TPU的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及熔体质量流动速率,降低了TPU在25℃空气或80℃水中的吸水率,提高了TPU在25℃空气或80℃水中的力学性能保持率。FTIR测试结果表明,PCD和E51均与TPU分子之间存在一定氢键作用。TGA测试结果表明,PCD对TPU的热稳定性影响不大;而E51降低了TPU的热稳定性。 The effects of epoxy resin(E51)and polycarbodiimide(PCD)on the hydrolysis stability of the polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)were investigated.The results showed:after adding E51,the tensile strength,elongation at break,melt flow index,and water absorption in 25 ℃ air or 80 ℃ water were decreased,while the maintenance of mechanical properties in 25 ℃ air or 80 ℃ water was increased.Adding PCD(1%~4%)to TPU,the tensile strength,elongation at break,and the melt flow index of TPU were increased,water absorption in 80 ℃ water or in 25 ℃ air was decreased,the maintenance of mechanical properties in 25 ℃ air or 80 ℃ water was increased.The FTIR indicated that both PCD and E51 could increase the degrees of hydrogen bonding of TPU.The TGA revealed that PCD had little effect on the thermal stability of TPU,while E51 made it decreased .
