摘要
图书馆员职业能力的探讨研究,目前正成为我国图书情报领域的一个热点话题。目前,图书馆学专业的毕业生在找工作过程中能力较弱,各级各类图书馆更喜欢未经职业培训的其他学科的人才或者接受了若干年职业培训的拥有职业资格证书的人才。随着就业问题的日益凸现,图书情报学毕业生职业适应能力的培养问题不应该仅仅引起图书情报学界的高度重视,更要强调职业能力资格与职业资格证书的并存才是提高图书馆员职业能力的重要表现。
Exploration and consideration on the professional ability of librarian have become a hot topic in the field of library and information.Presently,graduate who major in library science demonstrate a weak ability when seeking employment.The persons never through vocational training or those who have been trained for some years and possess professional certificate are easily accepted by all forms of libraries.With emerging of the problem of employment,the issue on education about capability for graduate who major in library science needs to be aroused attention by the world of information science.Moreover,it also needs to be emphasized that the importance of improvement of professional abilities of librarians lies in that the ability of profession and professional certificate should coexist.
