摘要
目的探讨前牙(四环素牙、氟斑牙、变色牙、釉质发育不全、小面积缺损)美容修复方法及疗效。方法选择48例患者,随机分为2组,每组24例,分别用聚合瓷间接树脂贴面和全瓷贴面修复,随访1年,并评价其疗效。结果分别考察颜色满意度、边缘适合性、染色、脱落、术后敏感5个指标,差异无统计学意义。结论全瓷贴面与间接树脂贴面对前牙美容修复均具有较好的修复效果,因此聚合瓷间接树脂贴面有望取代全瓷贴面而成为前牙美容修复的首选方案。
Objective To research anterior teeth （tetracycline stained teeth,dental fluorosis,tooth discoloration,enamel hypoplasia,and a small area defects） cosmetic repair methods and efficacy.Methods Forty-eight cases were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups （24 cases each group） who were treated with polymer-ceramic indirect resin veneers and all-ceramic veneer,respectively,and followed up 1 year to evaluate the efficacy.Results Five indicators,including colors satisfaction,marginal fit,dyeing,fall off,and sensitive were investigated,and no significant differences were found between the 2 groups.Conclusions All-ceramic veneers and polymer-ceramic indirect resin veneers pasting the face of cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth have good results,so the aggregate indirect porcelain veneer is expected to replace the all-ceramic veneers cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth as the preferred program.
