温度和盐胁迫对金荞麦和荞麦种子萌发的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Temperature and Salt Stress on the Seeds Germination of Fagopyrum dibotrys and Fagopyrum emarginatum

摘要 比较了蓼科(Polygonaceae)荞麦属(Fagopyrum)2个种金荞麦(Fagopyrumdibotrys (D.Don) Hara)和荞麦(Fagopyrumemarginatum (Roth) Meisner)种子在不同温度和不同NaCl浓度下的萌发率.结果表明:金荞麦和荞麦种子萌发率最高时温度是35℃,最适温度是25℃,该温度下荞麦种子的萌发率(73.67%)显著高于金荞麦种子的萌发率(54.78%),金荞麦种子25℃萌发率与35℃时萌发率(55.48%)相比没有显著差异,荞麦种子25℃时种子萌发率只比35℃时萌发率(75.67%)低2.00%;0.1%NaCl浓度与CK(NaCl浓度为0)时对金荞麦和荞麦种子萌发率没有显著差异,说明2个种种子均有抗低盐能力.通过比较不同NaCl浓度下金荞麦和荞麦种子萌发率的相对变化,得出金荞麦种子比荞麦种子具有更强的耐盐性. This study shows the influence of different germination temperatures and NaCl concentrations on the seeds of Fagopyrum dibotrys and Fagopyrum emarginatum.The highest germination temperature of both seeds is 35 ℃,while the best germination temperature of both seeds is 25 ℃,under this condition,the seeds' germination of F.emarginatum is 73.67 %,which is higher than F.dibotrys(54.78%),there is no obvious difference for F.dibotrys germination rate when germination temperatures are 25 ℃ and 35 ℃(55.48%).The F.emarginatum germination rate is 75.67 % in 35 ℃,which is 2 % higher than that in 25 ℃.Both germination rates have remained almost the same when the NaCl concentration are 0.1% and 0,and both the two seeds have the ability of anti-low NaCl concentration.Compared to the slewing rate of two seeds in different NaCl concentration,which showed that the the seeds of F.dibotrys has better salt-tolerance than the F.emarginatum.
