摘要
采用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪等测定了防皱整理前后棉纤维的形态结构、分子组成和结晶结构。实验表明:棉纤维整理前,其表面粗糙,纵向有天然转曲,结晶度较高,晶型为纤维素Ⅰ;经丝素/壳聚糖等整理后,纤维表面光滑,发生交联反应形成了膜结构,结晶度下降;而经碱处理后,纤维素Ⅰ转变成纤维素Ⅱ,纤维内部形成了网络结构。
The morphological structure, molecular composition and crystal structure of cotton fiber before and after being finished by the crease-resistant were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the surface of cotton fiber before being finished was rough, longitude was with natural curl and its crystallinity was high, and its crystalline was cellulose I. After being finished by the SF / chitosan, the fiber surface was smooth, the formation of the crosslinking reaction occurred to form the membrane structure and crystallinity decreased. After the fiber was treated by alkali, the cellulose I changed into cellulose II in the fiber and the network structure was formed within the fiber.
