摘要
配电网通信系统的性能决定了配电网自动化的实现程度,对通信系统综合性能的研究有利于发现系统建设的薄弱环节,实施有针对性的改进措施,提高配电网自动化水平。针对配电网通信系统的特点,从技术性、可靠性、安全性和扩展性4个方面建立了通信系统的综合评价指标体系,同时利用模糊层次分析法构建了综合评价模型,最后通过对2个地区配电网通信系统的评价分析验证了该模型的有效性。
The realization of distribution automation is determined by the performance of distribution network communication system. It is necessary to study the performance of communication system for overall evaluation and even for finding the weaknesses in the system construction,so as to implement targeted improvement measures to enhance the level of distribution network automation.This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system including the technicality,reliability,safety and expansibility of communication system,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model using FAHP.Through an example analysis of two regions communication system,it verifies the validity of the model.
