摘要
以获取经济利益为目的、利用课余时间私自在校外的用人单位工作的"打工大学生"应当具有劳动者身份,即成为劳动法意义上的劳动者。打工大学生与用人单位之间建立的是劳动关系,应当受到劳动法的保护,并且应进一步规范大学生自主打工行为。
University students working on a part-time should have the employee’s status,and the university students are eligible to be called workers in the meaning of Labor Law.The relationship between university students and their employers is labor relation which should be protected by labor law.And the behavior of college students’ working independently should be further regulated as well.
