摘要
目的:探讨会阴侧切术不同缝合方法的临床效果。方法:选择200例在我院经阴道分娩的产妇,随机分为传统缝合组和皮内缝合组,对组间术后线结反应、伤口愈合、住院时间等进行比较。结果:传统缝合组与皮内缝合组比较有显著性差异。结论:皮内逢合法对提早产妇下床活动、提高母乳喂养及分娩质量有重要意义。
Objective：To explore the clinical effects of different suture methods.Methods：Selected 200 cases of vaginal delivery in our hospital.They were divided into two groups randomly（n=100,respectively）.One was received traditional suture method,and the other one was received intradermal suture method.The reaction of suture thread、wound healing、duration of hospitalization were compared.Results：The intradermal suture group was better than the traditional suture group,there were significant differences bettwen two groups.Conclusion：There are significances of the intradermal suture for increasing maternal activities,raising the quality of breast-feeding and delivery.
