摘要
本文利用体视学原理对大鼠腹前列腺进行了立体结构的定量分析.结果表明:大鼠去睾丸后28天,前列腺湿重.总体积、上皮细胞表面积、上皮细胞高度、腺腔体积,腺腔平均直径、腺管间平均直径明显减少;大鼠去睾丸后注射丙酸睾丸素28天,各组织成份显著增加.
In this paper the stereological structure of the rat ventral prostate is determined with stereological principle.The results indicate that after the rats were castrated for 28 days,marked reduction was ob- served in the weight,volume,the height of the epithelium,the dia- meter of the glandular tubules,the free distance between the glandular tubules,and the distance between the glandular centers of the ventral prostate.After the injection of TP(2mg/d)for 28 days,the com- ponents of the tissues increased.
