摘要 通过热处理,得到了以密胺树脂为基体的掺杂有磷的碳材料,并用元素分析、XPS、XBD进行了分析.结果表明磷酸加入以后,对氮原子的含量影响不大,但其键合状态发生了变化,使有利于可逆容量提高的graphene氮的相对含量增加,导致碳材料的可逆容量随磷酸加入量的变化而发生变化。 Carbonaceous materials based upon melamine resin and diped with phosphorous wereobtamed by heat-treatment and were analyzed by elemental analysis,XPS and XRD. The results showed that the addition of phosphoric acid did not affect severely the content of mtrogen,but greatly affected the relative content of graphene nitrogen.The addition favors the increase of reversible ilthium capacity.The addition of phosphoric acid resited in a decreadse of carbonization degree at lower temperature (600 ℃) and no much changes at higher temperature (800 ℃). The phosphorous added was dispersed homogeneously in the carbon materials and bonded not only with oxygeu atom but also with the carbon structure, and the later bond was strengehened at higher temperatue. All these factors lead to the changes of reversible capacity.At lower temperature,the reversible capacity below 0.9 V decreased with the amount of added phosphoric acid,while at igher temperature,the reversible capacity above 0.9 V increased.The reversible capacity of the carbon obtained in this work can reacli 516 mA.h.g-1.
