摘要
报道了14个取代α-苯基肉桂酸的合成,经NOE技术确定了其双键构型,并对此类化合物质谱特征裂解方式及双键氢化学位移的特征进行了研究。
Fourteen substituted a - phenylcinnamic acids were prepared by the classical Perkin condensation reaction. The configuration of a - phenylcinnamic acids was determined by the NOE difference spectra. A plausible way of cleavage was involved in the formation of the specific fragment peaks in the MS of the a - phenylcinnamic acids. The characteristic chemical shift of the olefinic proton in H NMR is also discussed
