摘要
合成了新试剂1-[(2,3,4-三羟基苯)偶氮]-4-苯甲酸并将其应用于锡青铜中锡的测定。发现该试剂与锡形成的棕红色络合物在485nm处有最大吸收,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.52×104L·mol-1·cm-1,并且锡的质量浓度在0~70μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。大量铜对测定无影响,可不经分离。
The synthesis of 1 [(2,3,4 Trihydroxybenzene)azo] 4 benzoic acid (TKAB) and the spectrophotometric determination of tin have been studied.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~70μg/25mL for tin.Large amount of Cu 2+ can exist and most commonions do not interfere.The method has been used for the direct determination of tin in bronze with satisfactory results.
