摘要
提出一种测定新药溴莫普林(BDP)的微分吸附计时电位法。在Michaelis(MCL)缓冲液中(pH4.0)溴莫普林于-1.33V左右产生一灵敏的微分吸附计时电位溶出峰.利用该峰测定BDP的线性范围为2.0×10-8~3.0×10-7mol/L,吸附富集3min检测下限为5.0×10-9mol/L。探讨了影响灵敏度的主要因素,用循环伏安法,脉冲极谱等多种电化学方法研究了该体系的电化学行为和电极机理,认为所研究体系属于有吸附性的不可逆还原过程,电极反应的电子转移数为2,参与电极反应的质子数为2。用该方法测定了血清和尿样中BDP的含量。
An electroanalytical method for the determination of brodimprim based on derivative chronopotentiometry accumulated adsorptively on the surface of a hanging mercury drop electrode has been developed.The electrochemical behaviour in MCL buffer and the mechanism of the electrode reaction have been studied by means of linear sweep voltammetry and normal pulse polarography, etc.The wave was confirmed to be irrlversible. The linear relationship between peak height and the concentration of BDP held in the range of 2.0×10 -8 ~3.0×10 -7 mol/L, with the detection limit of 5.0× 10 -9 mol/L .
