摘要
对卡爪高频淬火过程中产生的裂纹进行了分析.认为,淬火过程中产生的局部拉应力加上尖锐V型槽口引起的应力集中是造成开裂的主要原因.此外,夹杂物及其分布方向的影响也不可忽视.
The jaw's crack formed during high-frequency quenching stage was analyzed. It is concluded that the local tensile stress created during quenching process and the stress concentration due to sharp V-shaped notch are the primary reasons of cracking. In addition, the influence of in-clusion and its distribution should not be ig-nored.
