摘要
利用纳米力学显微探针,详细地分析了碳化钨/金属基复合材料界面微区的微观力学行为.结果表明,在强度、硬度和弹性方面,超音速火焰喷涂层优于爆炸喷涂层;在塑性、微区吸收功方面,爆炸喷涂层则优于超音速火焰喷涂层.
Micromechanical behavior of interface area in WC-Co/M composite material were studied by NANO-INDENTER. The results showed that high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) coatings are superior to D-gun coatings in terms of strength , hardness and elasticity , but have inferior property on plasticity and absorption energy .
