从群论分析角度,在C4v点群中,讨论了高温超导混合配对态对称性问题.考虑了层间载流子库仑关联而引起的格子正交畸变,克服了以往的混合配对态分析中双相变点的困难.对s+id混合波GinzburgLandau方程的求解,给出了波函数的特征;而对外磁场下临界电流行为的分析,进一步揭示了“本征钉扎”的物理实质;
Abstract We study the pairing symmetry in high temperature superconductors from the point of view of group theory analysis in the framework of Ginzburg Landau model. By considering an orthorhombic distortion from C 4v point group because of the correlation of intralayers, the two apparent transitions needed in earlier work on mixed s and d state have been removed. The structure of a single vortex is presented by solving the Ginzburg Landau wave function equations of the mixed s± i d x 2-y 2 state. The analysis of the magnetic field dependence of the transport behaviors including the critical current and the R T curve expansion reveals the origin of the so called “eigen pinning effect” and offers a good interpretation of the experimental observations.
