摘要 对184个大豆品种(品系)进行自然发病和人工接毒抗性鉴定,选出一批抗病良种。药剂试验结果,呋喃丹、涕灭威播种时沟施治蚜效果好,持效期长,但防病效果差;采用以抗病良种为主的综合防治措施,效果显著,病株减少87.2%,种子斑驳率降低82.2%,产量增加53.3%。 A lot of cultivars highly resistant to soybean mosaic virus were selected from 184 samples of soybean germplasm as a result of resistance evaluation after natural infection and artificial inoculation. Insecticide tests showed that Fradan and Temik applied in furrows at planting had a good effectiveness of controlling aphides and kept a long effective period, but failed to reduce the spread of non-persistent virus. The integrated measures with stress on resistant cultivars reduced incidence of disease and rate of seed coat mottling by 87.2% and 82.2%, resp., and increased seed yeild by 53.2%.
