摘要
目的探讨中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流并灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液临床疗效分析。方法本院2008年1月至2009年10月收治的恶性胸腔积液患者142例，用胸腔内置入中心静脉导管引流并灌注化疗治疗观察临床疗效。结果本组病例完全缓解42例，部分缓解64例，微小反应16例，稳定20例，进展0例，总有效率80％。结论中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液取得良好的效果，能够有效的减轻临床症状，改善压迫性肺不张、限制性通气障碍、和回心血量的减少等，明显的改善晚期癌肿患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the central venous catheter closed thoracic drainage and perfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion analysis of clinical efficacy. Methods The hospital in January 2008 to Octorer 2009 year admitted 142 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion with a chest built into the central venous catheter drainage and infusion therapy of clinical efficacy. Results The cases of 42 cases of complete remission, partial remission 64 cases, 16 cases of minor response, stable in 20 cases, progress in 0 cases,the total effective rate 80%. Conclusion The central venous catheter closed thoracic drainage of malignant pleural effusion infusion chemotherapy achieved good results, can effectively reduce the clinical symp- toms,to improve the compression atelectasis, restrictive ventilatory defect, and the reduction of blood volume Rhodobryum roseum, obviously to improve the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer.
