摘要
目的总结阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom,OSAHS)患者围手术期的护理要点。方法回顾性分析73例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的临床资料,并总结有针对性的护理与配合方法。结果 73例OSAHS患者术程顺利,手术时间1.2-2.8h,平均1.75h;住院时间7-14d,平均10.0d;无1例发生并发症。
Objective To summarize the main points of perioporative nursing for the patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with OSAHS were retrospectively analyzed. The corresponding methods about operative nursing were summarized. Results The operation for 73 patients with OSAHS was successful. The average operative time was 1.75 h （1.2 - 2.8 h） and the average length of stay was 10.0 d （7 - 14 d）. No complication occurred. Conclusion Standard perioporative nursing can ensure successful operation.
