摘要
多校区异地办学为高校缓解办学空间不足和促进本地区经济文化协调发展实现了"双赢",但这种办学模式下校区间师资配置、学科建设与校区管理等诸多问题,已成为我国高校深化内涵建设和协调发展所面临的重要课题。山东科技大学结合多校区异地办学的实践,对多校区异地办学师资队伍建设中几个较为突出的问题进行了分析,并就解决问题的途径和方法进行了探索。
A win-win situation is created through running universities in different regions in releasing the problem of space shortage and in promoting the balanced development of the local economy and culture.However,under this running mode,colleges and universities in China are confronted with some problems,including faculty allocation,discipline construction and campus management,which have become important tasks in connotation construction and coordinated development.Through the practice of university-running in different regions of Shandong University of Science and Technology,this paper analyzes several relatively prominent issues in faculty construction and discusses the corresponding approaches and methods.
