摘要
分析图书馆合理使用制度的实践价值和我国图书馆合理使用制度的立法现状,解读我国现行图书馆合理使用制度的立法不足,并对网络环境下图书馆合理使用行为的合法性进行具体的分析。
The paper analyzes the practice value of library fair use and present situation of legislation on fair use system, and explains the lack of legislation support on library fair use and makes a concrete analysis on library＇s fair use behavior in the network environment.
