摘要
本文结合本院科技论文发表和管理实际,从科技论文发表和管理所面临的形势、存在的问题、相应的对策等方面,对当前军医大学附属医院科技论文管理策略进行了初步研究,期望能成为可资借鉴的经验。
In combination with experiences in production and management of the science and technology papers in certain hospital,the author preliminarily studied the measures for management of the science and technology papers in the affiliated hospitals of military medical university in the following aspects,which included understanding the present development situation,accurately identifying the existed problems and corresponding countermeasures,so as provide some references for future work.
