摘要
本文给出了铣削钻沟的铣刀截形设计的几何模型,并为工厂应用方便作了圆弧取代,又在此基础上推演了铣制钻头半成品检验相关的数学模型,最后就国标GB6137—85中的φ12—φ50共51种型号钻头进行了实际计算,给出了半成品检验尺寸表。显然本文为铣制钻头及其中检提供了依据和方便。
This paper presents a geometrical model for the design of milling cutter profiles and makes a curve substitution for the convenience of factory useand on the above basis, derives a mathematical modetrelated, to the inspection of semimanufactured products of milling boring-heads. Finally, weconduct a calculation for total 51 types of boring-heads form φ 12-φ50 in National standard GB6137-85. and give out a dimentional table for the inspection of semi-manufactured products,
