高强度预应力钢绞线用盘条力学性能影响因素的研究

摘要 综合分析高强度预应力钢绞线盘条的质量控制因素,讨论SWRH82B的化学成分、轧后控冷工艺、金相组织以及索氏体片间距等对盘条强度的影响,为SWRH82B盘条化学成分设计提供了依据。 This paper comprehensively analyses quality-controlling factors of coil rod uesd for high-strength prestressed steel strand, discusses influence of chemical coposition, cooling process after rolling, metallographic structure, sorbite spacing, etc. of SWRH82B on the strength of coil rod, providing a basis for chemical composition design of SWRH82B coil rod.
