摘要
以天然气为原料，在高温下裂解生成炭黑的生产工艺，其副反应之一生产一氧化碳，炭黑经袋滤被收集成产品，而一氧化碳随尾气排入大气中，既污染了大气环境，也浪费了资源。利用炭黑尾气发电，解决了炭黑厂用电问题，节约能源，同时实现了环境和效益的统一。
