摘要
本文研究了铌对灰铸铁机械性能的影响及其强化机理。试验表明:铌能显著地提高铸铁的强度性能,改善铸铁的韧性;当含铌量为0.15～0.4％时,铸铁机械性能提高一个牌号,相对强度达1.26,品质系数达1.16,是一种高质量的铸铁材料。
Effect of Nb on mechanical properties and strenghtening mechanism of gray cast iron were studied.The experimental result shows that Nb obviously improves the mechanical properties of gray cast iron.when the amount of Nb is 0.15—0.4% the mechanical properties may be increased one grad,relative strenght is 1.26 and quality index is 1.16. Nb cast iron is one of fine quality cast iron.
