论述了信息时代对图书馆员的素质要求,探讨了优化地市图书馆员素质的措施,包括解放思想、实施继续教育、建立终身学习制度、加强培训制度、建立勇于创新的领导班子等。
This paper discusses the requirements of the information age on librarians＇quality,and probes into some measures for optimizing the quality of the librarians in prefectural municipal-level library,which include emancipating people＇mind,carrying out the continuous education and establishing the lifelong study system,strengthening the training system,and constructing the leadership team good at innovation.
