摘要
综述了我国银杏叶提取物加工之现状，提出了保证产品质量，降低生产成本的根本办法在于选择优质原料和采用先进生产工艺。作者通过实验证明，选用黄酮苷含量≥１．２０％，萜内酯含量≥０．３０％的优质银杏叶作原料，采用先进工艺，每ｋｇ银杏叶提取物的生产成本可降至１０００元以下。
This paper reviews the present status of production and utilization of GBE from Ginkgo biloba leaves in China. It points out that using the high quality raw material and the advanced technology is the key to guarantee the product quality and reduce the production cost. Experimental results showed that the production cost of per kg GBE may be lower than 1000 yuan, if the high quality ginkgo leaves containing more than 1.20% of flavonoids and 0.3% of terpenelactones were used as the raw material.
