摘要
对冰糖行业生产中剩余的母液用琼脂、明胶、卡拉胶三种凝胶剂生产出晶花透明软糖。阐明了生产晶花软糖的生产工艺,为冰糖母液的综合利用拓宽了一条新路子。
For the surplus mother solution from the production of the crystal sugar industry,three coagulants of agar, gelatin and carragheen could be added to produce transparent crystaline soft sweets. The production technology for the production of crystalin soft sweets has been expounded. A new way for the comprehensive utilization of the crystal sugar mother solution has been further developed.
