摘要
以被乳化的蜡的加合HLB值与乳化剂的加合HLB值相匹配及乳化剂用量最少原则为基础设计蜡乳液的配方，获得了稳定性和分散性均好的蜡乳液。并以此为主要成份，与改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、硅乳液以及其它备种添加剂配合研制的水乳型皮革顶层光亮剂，用于皮革顶层涂饰后，涂层涂膜手感好、光亮度这90％以上、耐干湿擦性均达5级、耐曲折度达10000次。
Based on the HLB value matching principle of wax and emulsifier and the minimum amount principle ofemulsifier, the formula of wax -emulsion was designed. and the wax- emulsion of good stability anddispersion was obtained. Being a main composition, the wax-emulsion was compounded with the acrylate polymer resin emulsion and silicone emulsion and so on, the water-emulsion leather upper polishingagent can be prepared. When it applied in the leather upper coating, the coating membrane has a goodhand - feeling, in addition, the lightness can over 90%, and the anti-dry and anti-wet scrubing canall reach five grade, the number of anti- curling can reach 10000.
