摘要
我院在应对甲型H1N1流感防控诊疗工作中加强应急管理，从领导重视，制定甲型H1N1流感防控工作方案及应急预案，制定科学防控流程与防控措施，加强医务人员培训，加强健康教育，加强信息管理，日常防控措施，应急防控措施，军训基地甲型H1N1流感疫情暴发引发的思考等八个层面进行探讨，总结出医院成功防控的管理经验，以希对政府和其他医疗机构的防控工作起到一定的指导和示范作用。
In response to influenza A （H1N1） prevention and control,we strengthened the work of emergency response management, and summarized the following successful experiences： （1）taking precedence in the development of strategies, preparedness and response plans; （2）the formulation of scientific flow chart and measures for the disease prevention and control; （3）enhancing the training of medical professionals; （4）strengthening work in heahh education; （5）strengthening work in information management;（6）implementation of routine prevention and control measures; （7） implementation of emergency response measures; （8） considerations of an influenza A （H1N1） outbreak in a military training base. we summed up the success of prevention and control of hospital management experience, and we hope it would play a certain amount of guidance and exemplary role for the government and other medical institutions in the future.
