根据建设项目工程造价控制的特征,就建设项目决策、设计、招投标、实施建设和竣工结算阶段的造价控制进行了论述,从而提高工程投资效益,实现项目投资管理目标。
According to the control features of the construction project cost,the paper discusses the cost control in the construction project decision,design,bidding,operating construction and completing settlement,thus improve the construction investment benefits and achieve the construction investment management aim.
