摘要
结合施工合同的特殊性,分别针对建筑工程施工合同,劳务分包合同以及专业分包合同,发包方指定分包合同履行过程中的风险,具体阐述了相应的防范措施,以期有效预防风险,化解风险,争取合理地利用风险,从而保证施工企业健康、稳定、可持续发展。
Combining with specificity of the constructional contract,aiming at the risks in the enforcing process of the following contracts： architectural project constructional contract,service sub-contract,professional sub-contract and the decision of sub-contract by the contract-giving part,the thesis illustrated detailed the respective preventive measures,so as to prevent risks effectively,to resolve the risks,tried to use the risks rationally to ensure the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the constructional enterprises.
