非甾体类抗炎药致上消化道出血35例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨非甾体类抗炎药物（NSAIDs）导致上消化道出血的不良反应及其预防措施。方法通过治疗因服用NSAIDs导致上消化道出血35例患者，分析其不良反应的原因及防治办法。结果服用NSAIDs可导致胃肠道损害并上消化道出血，采用更安全的NSAIDs、联合应用保护胃黏膜的药物可以降低其不良反应的发生。结论采用NSAIDs治疗相关疾病时，应严格注意药物的选择、剂量，并联合应用保护胃黏膜的药物，减少NSAIDs不良反应的发生。
