摘要
对膜生物反应器(MBR)深度处理生活污水的工艺特性进行了研究,其结果表明:膜生物反应器对生活废水中化学需氧量(CODCr),氨氮(NH3-N),具有较高的去除率,出水CODCr质量浓度为30~50mg/L,去除率高达84%,NH3-N质量浓度为0.3~2.0mg/L,去除率高达98%,满足中水回用的要求;TP质量浓度为0.3~2mg/L,去除率仅为33%。不同水力停留时间下去除效果的比较表明:MBR处理微污染水时的最佳水力停留时间为8h。
The effect of the advanced treatment of domestic wastewater by membrane bioreactor(MBR) was investigated.Long-term operation showed that MBR had a good effect on the removal of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N).The quality of the effluent was very stable.The effluent concentration of CODCr,NH3-N,TP was 30 ~ 50 mg/L,0.3 ~ 2.0 mg/L and 0.3 ~ 2 mg/L,respectively.The removal rate of CODCr,NH3-N,TP can reach 84%,98% and 33%,respectively.The comparison of the removal effects in different HRT showed that the best HRT for the MBR to treat micro-polluted water was 8 h.
