摘要
军训已成为高校对学生进行全面素质教育不可缺少的教育形式,对各大高校的学生工作也起了十分重要的作用。一方面,军训对辅导员今后在工作岗位上更好的开展工作是一次很好的学习和锻炼机会。另一方面,军训对于每一名大学新生来说,是人生中难忘的经历。通过解放军的言传身教,大学生能够树立更加正确的人生观、价值观,同时增强了学生的组织纪律性,团结合作精神。本文从学生工作的两个主体:辅导员和学生中来谈军训工作的必要性。
Military training for college students has played a very important role.Freshmen military training for every one who has an unforgettable life experience.By the PLA＇s words and deeds,students can establish a more accurate view of life and values,while enhancing the students of organizational discipline,unity and cooperative spirit.In this paper,the students work in two subjects：tutors and students to talk about the need for military training to carry out the work.
