摘要
本文介绍了主观幸福感的涵义、内容和特点,总结了国内关于教师的主观幸福感的研究,运用主观幸福感的相关理论分析了不同教师群体的不同的主观幸福感及其原因,以期对今后的研究有所启示。
The paper introduced the conception,content,character of subjective well-being,summarized the study on teacher＇s subjective well-being at home.The paper analyzed different subjective well-being among different teacher groups and also detected its reasons.Expecting offer some ideas for other researchers in future.
