摘要
采用沉降法对不同表面活性剂的煤尘湿润能力进行了研究,结果表明在水中添加表面活性剂能明显提高煤尘湿润效率。实验发现,表面活性剂类别、浓度及煤尘本身性质是影响煤尘湿润效率的主要因素。通过对湿润性能较好的表面活性剂进行表面张力测定,其张力值均低于湿润的临界张力值45mN/m。工业性实验表明,添加表面活性剂进行喷雾降尘是一项积极有效的降尘措施。研究结果为开发新型、高效的化学降尘剂提供了技术基础。
Study was made on the wettabilty of defferent surfacants to coal dust with sedimentation method, and the study results showed that adding surfacant into water can significantly improve the wetting efficiency of coal dust. It was found in experiments that the type and concentration of the surfacants and the nature of coal dust itself were the main factors affcting the wetting efficiency of coal dust. Measurements were made on the surface tensions of the surfacants having better wettability, and their surface tensions were all lower than 45 mN/m of the critical wetting tension value. Industrial tests indicated that adding surfacant into waater spray was an effective measure for dust suppression. This study result provided a technical base for the development of the new and high-efficient chemical dust suppression agent.
