摘要
新疆某信鸽群暴发了发病急、死亡率高的疫情,为了查明病因并及时对其他信鸽进行预防,将病料研磨、反复冻融获得上清液,然后将病料上清液接种SPF鸡胚,然后收获尿囊液,用鸡新城疫病毒和禽流感病毒阳性血清对其做血凝抑制(HI)试验。结果证实,该群信鸽是由于感染了新城疫病毒而发病。分离的毒株经毒力测定ELD50=10-9.32/0.1 mL,用分离的毒株对13日龄的非免疫鸡进行攻毒试验,可致40%的鸡死亡。
An acute infectious disease with high mortality broke out among pigeons in Xinjiang. In order to determine the cause of disease and prevent other pigeons,the virus was isolated and used to inoculate SPF embryos. The laemagglutination inhibition test was made against the positive sera of NDV and AIV. The results showed that the disease was caused by Newcastle disease virus. The EID50 of the isolated strain was 10-9.32/0. 1 mL. The 13-day non-immune chickens were challenged with the strain, the mortality rate was 40%.
