摘要
目的:观察益气活血通络汤治疗面神经麻痹疗效。方法:66例病例随机分为两组,治疗组33例采用常规治疗基础上加益气活血通络汤,对照组33例用常规治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.93%,对照组总有效率66.67%,两组差异有显著性差异(P<0.05);痊愈显效率比较,治疗组90.91%,对照组54.55%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:益气活血通络汤治疗面神经麻痹疗效满意。
Objective：Observe the treatment effect of Zini Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang on facial nerve palsy.Methods：To observate treatment effect,66 cases are randomly divided into two groups.33 cases of treating group are applied to conventional therapy and added to Zini Yisi Huoxue Tongluo tang,but 33 cases of controlling group are applied to conventional therapy.Result：Total effective rate in treating group is 93.93%,but controlling group 90.91%,so two groups have significant difference（P0.05）.Comparing to recovery rate,treating group is 90.91%,but controlling group 54.55%,so two groups have significant difference（P0.05）;Treating group surpass controlling group.Conclusion：Zini Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang can treat effectively facial nerve palsy.
