摘要
以366例殷东风教授出诊时的病例资料为研究对象,对资料中患者的一般情况、症状及所用中药进行统计分析,以研究殷教授之用药规律。研究表明,殷东风教授在以往扶正祛邪理论的基础上,提出以柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤为基本方的调畅气机的治疗原则,同样是扶正的重要组成部分。此外,殷师也极其重视肿瘤患者症状的治疗,尤其是对于晚期肿瘤患者,症状治疗较抗肿瘤治疗更有实际意义。
In this study,366 cases of YIN Dong-feng,visiting professor of clinical data when the study object,the data in the patient＇s general situation,symptoms,and statistical analysis used in traditional Chinese medicine to study the law of Yin,a professor of medicine.Studies have shown that in the past,Professor YIN Dongfeng rousing based on the theory put forward in order to Bupleurum plus keel as the basic side of oyster soup tune the treatment of the principle of qi,is also an important part of righting.In addition,the mentor also attaches great importance to the treatment of symptoms of cancer patients,especially for advanced cancer patients to treat the symptoms of anti-tumor therapy is more than practical significance.
