摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种多因素疾病,近年来农村居民COPD的患病率和病死率有增加的趋势,文章通过对近6年研究农村生活环境与COPD发病的相关文献得出,农村卫生经济水平、居住环境、燃料、厨房通风与饮水等因素都参与了COPD的发病。文章为降低农村生活环境对COPD的影响,减少COPD发生发展的机会,加强COPD的预防工作提供新的思路和手段。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） is a multi-factor disease.The countryside resident COPD prevalence rate and the mortality rate had the increase tendency in recent years.This article through studing the village life environment and the COPD morbidity related literature to the nearly 6 years obtains,the rural sanitation economic level,the environment,the fuel,the ventilating of kichen,the potable water and so on participated in the COPD morbidity.This article provide the new mentality and method to reduce the influence of village life environment and the development opportunity of COPD and that strengthen the prevention work of COPD.
