摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为主要单体,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,利用悬浮聚合方法制备出了具有中空结构的聚合物微球.利用扫描电子显微镜和偏光显微镜对微球的形貌、粒径及其分布进行了表征.考察了搅拌速度、分散剂用量、油水比、引发剂用量等因素对微球的粒径及其分布的影响.研究结果表明:微球呈多分散状态,中空结构良好,内、外壁光滑;搅拌速度、分散剂用量是控制粒径大小及其分布的主要因素;当油水比>1:1.5时,成球性能受到影响,同时油水比对微球粒径及其分布也有影响;引发剂用量为0.6%时有最高的转化率.
Polymer microspheres which had hollow construction were prepared with suspension polymerization method by using methyl methacrylate and EDGMA as the main polymerization monomer and polyvinylalcohol as a disperser.The morphology,the size and the size distribution of the microspheres were characterized by SEM and polarization microscope.Effects of various factors,such as the stirring rate,the amount of disperser,the ratio of oil phase to water phase,and the amount of initiator,on the size and the size distribution of the the microspheres were mainly examined.The resu-lts showed that the microspheres were polydispersion,the hollow construction of the the microspheres were good,the outside and inside of the the microspheres were smo-oth.The stirring rate and the amount of disperser were the main factors which control-ed the size and the size distribution of the microspheres.The performance of pelletiza-tion was affected when the ratio of oil phase to water phase was greater than1:1.5.And the size and size distribution of the the microspheres were affected by the ratio of oil phase to water phase too.It would reach the maximumconversion when the amount of initiator is set at 0.6%.
