摘要
利用铜(Ⅱ)与邻二氮菲(Phen)形成络阳离子 Cu(Phen)_3^(2+)的性质,以阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)为浮选剂,对铜(Ⅱ)的浮选富集—原子吸收分光光度法进行了研究。该法应用于天然水中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,可测定μg/L 级的铜(Ⅱ)。
A simple and rapid method for the ion-flotation and determination of trace amount of copper in water has been studied.Copper(Ⅱ)reacts with O-phenanthroline(phen),forming Cu(phen)_3^(2+).The chelate cations were flotated with dodecyl sulphate anions at pH 2.5-3.0 by bubbling nitrogen. Collect the foams,dissolve them in iso-propanol,and then determinate the enriched copper with atomic absorption spectrometer.The effect of foreign ions were investigated.The recovery of added copper is 95% This method can be applied to the determination of μg/L levels of copper in natural water.
