摘要
介绍了煤炭微生物脱硫的基本原理和主要方法,即运用生物浸出脱硫、表面处理浮选法、微生物-絮凝法,将煤中的可燃硫转变为不可燃硫,从而减少二氧化硫的排放。综述了国内外的研究进展,提出了工程基因重组方法筛选所需菌种的思路,概述了微生物脱硫技术的特点、主要影响因素及关键问题。指出了发展经济,要有环保意识,脱硫将是选煤厂工作中的一个重心。最后,对微生物脱硫做了展望。
The paper first introduces the basic principle and main methods of coal microorganism desulphurization:combustible sulfur is changed into incombustible in order to reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide through the following methods-Biological Leaching Desulphurization,Surface Treatment Flotation,and Microorganism-Flocculation.Then the author surveys corresponding researches in the world and presents Engineering Gene Recombination method to screen needed bacteria.The technological features,main factors and key problems of the microorganism desulphurization arse discussed.The paper also points out that environmental awareness should be included in the economy development,so the desulphurization is important in coal preparation plants.At last,the future of the technology is discussed.
