摘要
以聚酯废料纺合成革基布专用涤纶短纤为原料生产针刺合成革基布,结合生产线设备特点,探讨了各工序的生产工艺及主要技术措施。原料性能、工艺参数和设备配置是影响针刺合成革基布性能的主要因素。严格控制各生产环节的条件,采用合适的工艺调整措施可以保证产品的质量。
Needle-punched synthetic leather substrates were produced by polyester short fibers from waste PET.Various procedures of production process and key technology measurement were discussed combining with characteristics of production equipment.It is found that the main factors to affect the performance of needle-punched synthetic leather substrates lying to the raw materials properties,process parameters and equipment disposition.Furthermore,the various production process must be strictly controlled so as to guarantee product quality.
