摘要
应用多普勒超声心动图和心导管同步血流动力学研究的方法对30例左室舒张功能不全的患者观察了静注维拉帕米前后多普勒左室充盈性指标E/A比值的变化。结果显示所有患者中用药后左室充盈指标显著改善(P<O.05～<0.001),提示维拉帕米主要通过降低左室后负荷改善左室充盈。
