摘要
主要介绍电子节气门结构,电子节气门的控制理轮,比较了电子节气门控制系统采用传统的PID控制算法与增量式PID控制算法的控制精确性。用增量式PID控制系统进行电子节气门控制研究的结果表明,增量式PID控制电子节气门的超调量较小,具有性能稳定、稳态误差小、跟踪效果好、动静态性能好、抗干扰能力强和可靠性高等优点,该控制系统不失为一种理想的控制方案。
The structure and the control theory of the electronic throttle was introduced.The control accuracy between the traditional PID control algorithm and the incremental PID control algorithm was compared in the electronic throttle control system.The incremental PID control system was used in the electronic throttle control system and the result was that this control program had many benefits include that the overshoot was small,the performance was stable,the steady-state error was small,the tracking results was good,the static and dynamic performance was good,the anti-interference ability was strong and the reliability was high.This control system was an ideal control program.
