摘要
本文报告103例急性开放性颅脑损伤的治疗，治愈89例（86．41％），好转11例（10．68％），死亡3例（2．91％）。作者认为在治疗中及时而彻底清创及颅内合并损伤的正确处理是治愈的关键。
The therapy of 103 patients with acute open craniocerebral injury is reported in this paper. The result is satisfied. 89 patients (86. 41 % ) were cured, 11 patients (10. 68% ) improved, 3 patients(2.91 % ) died. We think it is the key way to cure the disease that we must debride completely and in timetreat the intracranial combined injury properly.Keyworks: Open craniocerebral injury Debridement Therapy
