摘要
新一代电力网络"智能电网"是未来电力系统的发展趋势,而四川电网在全国联网系统中的战略地位及其送端电网、能源丰富、小水电成熟、自然灾害对电网影响大等特点都决定了在四川发展智能电网具有明显的优势和现实意义。阐述了智能电网的概念和主要特点,并简要介绍了四川电网的现状和规划,着重对在四川发展智能电网的优势、基础、现实意义及发展方向等问题进行了详细的分析。
For a new generation of power grid,developing smart grid is the tendency of power system development in the future.Sichuan power grid has the strategic position in nationwide networking system and its characteristics of sending ends of the grid,abundant energy reserve,small-scale hydro power development,heavy influence from natural disasters to the grid,which propel the developing of smart grid in Sichuan with distinct advantage and practical significance.The conception and main characteristics of smart grid are illuminated in the paper,the present situation and prospect scheming of Sichuan grid are introduced briefly.As for the advantage,foundation,signification,and developing trend of developing smart grid in Sichuan are amply expatiated.
